BVI Boosts Local Entrepreneurs with Tripled Msme
Twenty-three entrepreneurs in the British Virgin Islands were awarded grants under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Grant Programme, marking a significant increase in support with funding tripled to $300,000. In a notable development, the total amount awarded to the second cohort of recipients saw a significant increase, tripling from the previous $100,000 to $300,000.
This increase was made possible through the continued commitment of Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley (R7), as noted by Junior Minister for Financial Services and Economic Development, Hon Lorna G.
