BVI Restaurant Week 2026 Set for Five
BVI Restaurant Week 2026 will run from October 20 to October 24, showcasing 13 premier Tortola dining establishments with curated dinner menus. The culinary event kicks off on October 16 in partnership with the Village Cay Food, Wine & Rum Festival.
Food enthusiasts across the territory are preparing for BVI Restaurant Week 2026, which returns for a five-night, dinner-only culinary showcase running from October 20 to October 24. Featuring 13 of Tortola's premier dining venues, the event invites residents and visitors to explore curated dining experiences at promotional rates during the British Virgin Islands' relaxed Unrushed Season.
The showcase officially serves as the third major instalment in the annual BVI Food Fête series organized by the BVI Tourist Board & Film Commission (BVITBFC). Celebrations will kick off on October 16, 2026, in collaboration with the established Village Cay Food, Wine & Rum Festival.
According to tourism officials, the collaborative launch event will offer attendees a cocktail happy hour, sit-down dining, light entertainment, introductions to participating venue teams, and an early opportunity to secure reservations for Restaurant Week. Organizers have confirmed the full lineup of 13 participating Tortola establishments: 1748 Restaurant, Bamboushay Lounge, Flavors of Asia, Omar’s Dockside, Omar’s Sandspit, Onde, Pusser’s Road Town, Pusser’s Landing, Rhythm & Sands, Sugar Mill, Sushi Bar, Tradewinds Mexican Grill, and Trellis Bay Market Bar & Grill.
McCoy, Director of Tourism of the Virgin Islands, highlighted that the initiative aims to display the depth and quality of the territory's dining scene while supporting local businesses as they reopen ahead of the peak winter travel period. McCoy noted that the goal this year is to deliver a high-quality dining experience featuring a premium selection of restaurants during the Unrushed Season, while giving culinary teams a prime opportunity to showcase upcoming menus and concepts ahead of the 2026/2027 tourism season.
He also expressed enthusiasm for partnering with the Village Cay festival to build community momentum across the local events calendar. Each participating restaurant will offer a curated two- or three-course prix fixe dinner menu priced between $50 and $85 per person, excluding gratuities.
Individual venues may also include paired beverages or additional courses within their promotional offerings. To foster exploration across multiple establishments, organizers have introduced a Digital Passport feature for this year's event. Patrons can collect digital stamps as they dine throughout the week, with guests who collect six stamps qualifying for special prizes.
