BVI, we can’t keep rewarding flip-flops, drama, and convenient timing. Mark Vanterpool just lost the NDP chairmanship race then immediately jumps ship to launch his own People’s Leadership Movement (PLM). One minute “retired” or loyal, the next splitting votes and dividing the electorate.
BVI, we can’t keep rewarding flip-flops, drama, and convenient timing. Mark Vanterpool just lost the NDP chairmanship race then immediately jumps ship to launch his own People’s Leadership Movement (PLM). One minute “retired” or loyal, the next splitting votes and dividing the electorate.
This is the same man who resigned in 2019… then tried to un-resign days later, creating chaos.  Now the serious questions: • $5 million vanished into Bank of Asia (BVI) Ltd a business his sister, Hon. Smith (current Junior Minister), helped set up and was deeply involved with as Chairman.
Government money deposited… bank collapses… where’s the accountability? Taxpayers are left holding the bag while family ties raise eyebrows.  • He runs to create a new party right after losing internal NDP support. Convenient way to fragment opposition and protect interests? Critics say it’s about hiding behind division while his sister stays in government.
This isn’t leadership it’s the temperament of someone who throws tantrums and changes rules when he doesn’t win. Public outbursts, theatrical exits, and endless restarts. BVI needs steady hands, not more political games that waste time and divide us when we face real challenges. Voters in the Fourth District and across the territory: Don’t fall for the reset button again.
