The roster was finalized and submitted by Head Coach David Pérez as the team prepares for a critical series of regional international fixtures.
All first-round matches for the Virgin Islands will be hosted in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The territory's national side will begin its tournament run against Montserrat on September 26, with the return leg scheduled for October 1. In between those fixtures, the VI team will take on the host nation, Turks and Caicos Islands, on September 29, followed by a rematch against them on October 4.
