In a shocking turn of events, Lollita Callender-Skelton, popularly known by her stage name 'Lola Doll', was critically injured in a shooting incident late last night. According to reports, the 33-year-old Guyanese singer and social media influencer was attacked by an unidentified gunman on a motorcycle just after 11:00 PM as she was parking her car at her residence.
Neighbors and family members who heard the gunfire found Callender-Skelton slumped inside her vehicle, suffering from severe gunshot wounds. In a desperate attempt to save her life, relatives immediately transported her to the Georgetown Hospital, where she was admitted to the emergency room in critical condition.

Despite her attorney's efforts for a No Case Submission, she was found guilty and sentenced to nine months imprisonment following a trial where six persons testified against her. Shortly before the shooting, 'Lola Doll' expressed fears for her life in a distressing Facebook Live video, claiming she was receiving death threats and lamenting the lack of justice in her homeland.
