Happy Sunday, everyone. I’m trying to contact Republic Bank’s call centre and have been having very little luck. The call goes through, and I can hear the agent clearly, but they cannot hear me.
I’m trying to contact Republic Bank’s call centre and have been having very little luck. The call goes through, and I can hear the agent clearly, but they cannot hear me. I’ve tried calling from two different phones on my end, but I’m experiencing the same issue with both. Is anyone else in the BVI experiencing this problem today, or is it just me?
If you’ve managed to get through successfully, I’d appreciate knowing what worked for you.
