I am a frequent traveler to USVI and trying to do more traveling to BVI. Thomas daily and flights via Miami to Tortola. What is the easiest least expensive way to get to Anegada. I think it may be ferry but how horrible from a sea sick experience is the ferry from St. Preferably not a private charter due to the cost.
