The Virgin Islands Recovery Development Agency (RDA) has launched a tender for the demolition of Oleander House (Estate House #2) to make way for a modern judicial building. The government has moved to replace the deteriorating Oleander House, also known as Estate House #2 and formerly the official residence of the Chief Minister, with a new building to serve judicial needs.
