A new Italian restaurant, ONDE, has opened at Pier Park in Road Town, Tortola, taking over the space formerly occupied by Seven at the Pier. Vanterpool said he assembled a team of culinary, hospitality, design and operations professionals to create a destination intended to stand out in the Virgin Islands dining scene.
