A new chapter in Tortola’s dining scene opened on July 28, 2026, when ONDE launched a refined Italian restaurant at the CBR Tortola Pier Park. Occupying the reimagined waterfront space formerly home to Seven at the Pier, ONDE aims to combine exceptional cuisine, genuine hospitality and the rhythm of the sea in one of Road Town’s most distinctive settings.
Built around the concept “Italian Dining in Motion,” ONDE takes design cues from the movement of waves and the traditions of Italian hospitality. The space has been thoughtfully configured to encourage connection and lingering, with attention given to architecture, interior design, a curated wine program and a cocktail menu intended to complement the food rather than overpower it.
The culinary program is led by Chef Dario Raia, whose contemporary approach honours the foundations of Italian cooking while highlighting quality ingredients. The menu emphasises handcrafted pastas, fresh seafood, premium meats and seasonal produce, designed to let standout ingredients take centre stage.
The restaurant’s concept and culinary philosophy were shaped with guidance from world-renowned Chef Davide Pugliese, who has been credited with creating noted restaurants across the region.
