HUNTUM’S GHUT, TORTOLA — A section of Huntum’s Ghut will be partially closed for road works beginning Saturday, August 8 and remaining in effect through Saturday, September 5, the Ministry of Communications and Works has announced. The partial closure affects the stretch in the immediate vicinity of the 5th District Office and Toddy’s Restaurant and Bar.
The Ministry says the closure is necessary to facilitate road works in the area and is asking motorists and pedestrians to exercise caution while travelling through the affected zone. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to follow all posted detour signs and traffic direction at the site.
