Pérez, said the growth of the school’s student population makes it essential to increase the availability of suitable and accessible housing as soon as possible. “These partnerships represent a mutually beneficial opportunity: our students would have access to furnished housing options, while property owners could benefit from consistent and reliable demand.” Interested landlords and property managers are being encouraged to contact the institution to explore potential agreements.
Send in your information The medical school advised landlords interested in renting out their apartment building or house to email jperez@psm.edu with the following information: photographs of the property and its interior spaces, a description of the utilities included in the rent, the proposed monthly rental rate, a list of included furniture, and confirmation of whether water is supplied by a cistern or the public water system.
The medical school welcomed its first cohort of students in July 2025 and currently operates from the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College's campus in Paraquita Bay.
