Royal Navy vessel HMS Trent is expected to visit the British Virgin Islands over the coming days as part of its routine regional engagement programme during the 2026 hurricane season. During the visit, personnel from the ship will participate in a range of activities across Tortola and the Sister Islands, including a disaster management table-top exercise, visits to community and critical infrastructure sites, youth engagement activities, and demonstrations designed to support preparedness and resilience.
