So I see a trend going on.. where the BVI boatmaster license is not recognized in there own country.. So u go on the government LMS to apply for a job but when u do the employer is telling u that u need a RYA yacht master USCG 200 ton to run a boat under 60ft that is wrong they are fooling the labour department to hire who they want Why u need a dive master to apply for a job as a captain u are...

U not sailing in the ocean u are sailing in the BVI and USVI where the local and resident know very well That is why most of we as local and resident captain do not get work and treated badly in the marine department.....
