I am pleased to share with you some updates on the work that my Government has been doing to advance the interests of the Virgin Islands and our people. Today, we will be addressing two topics – the BVI-India Financial Service Trade Mission and an update on our negotiations with the United Kingdom (UK) Government towards a new and more modern Constitution for the Virgin Islands.
