VI Government Seeks Cleaning Services for Restroom

The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting bidders to tender for a one-year contract to provide cleaning services for a public restroom facility on Tortola, with all tenders due no later than 4:00 p.m. on 15 May 2026, the government notice says. The contract requires the successful tenderer to open the facility daily at 7:00 a.m. and close it at 7:00 p.m., including weekends and public holidays.
Tender documents specify that contractors must supply all cleaning tools and professional-grade cleaning agents necessary to maintain the facility to a high standard, naming examples such as brooms, mops, buckets, brushes and dust pans, according to the Government of the Virgin Islands release.

The filename and e-mail subject must bear the applicant’s name and the title “CLEANING SERVICES FOR RESTROOM FACILITY AT BREWERS BAY, TORTOLA.” Late submissions will not be accepted, and the Government of the Virgin Islands does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender. Applicants should note a discrepancy in the government release: the tender title references Brewers Bay but the body of the notice names Cane Garden Bay as the site of the restroom facility.
