Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour is continuing its transformation into a comprehensive waterfront destination, blending marine infrastructure, hospitality, retail, and community services in Spanish Town. Following sustained investment and redevelopment, the property is positioning itself as a central anchor for boaters, international visitors, and Virgin Gorda residents.

On the water, the marina features 93 slips that accommodate vessels up to 150 feet in length, supported by full fuel dock facilities, a chandlery, and dinghy dock access for offshore superyachts. The adjacent boatyard stands as one of the northern Caribbean's primary service hubs.

Equipped with a 350-metric-tonne Cimolai hoist, the boatyard can haul vessels up to 180 feet and store as many as 450 boats while providing full maintenance and technical support. Shoreside offerings have also expanded to create a broader lifestyle experience. Recent additions include an e-bike rental fleet designed to provide eco-friendly transport between Spanish Town, nearby beaches, and major landmarks like The Baths.

The marina complex has welcomed upscale retailers such as House of Luxury, alongside a rooftop bar, café, and spa. Further improvements underway include an expanded laundry facility and a gourmet food market. Looking ahead to the upcoming season, the property is introducing brand-new overnight accommodations.

The lodging units will allow marine travellers and island visitors to stay directly within the marina perimeter, offering immediate access to inter-island ferries, excursions, shops, and dining options. Beyond tourism and yachting, the location remains deeply integrated into local community life.

The on-site Town Centre Mall houses essential day-to-day services, including banking, medical care, insurance offices, and telecommunications providers. The harbour also serves as an official BVI Ports Authority port of call for small to mid-sized cruise vessels, processing more than 20,000 cruise passengers during the 2023/24 season alone.
